Greek Shop FAQs

A Greek Shop Product is available on-demand and usually ships within 2-4 business days from the time of your purchase. These are designs crafted by Frattire that we make available to all greek organizations. Greek Shop Products are labeled with the "BUY NOW" button rather than a bulk order's "PREORDER" button.

  • Once you place your order for your new Greek product, it will be shipped out within 2-4 business days. Delivery times vary depending upon location. All products are shipped via USPS First Class or Priority mail.

*Please note that orders are not shipped on the weekends or holidays.

  • If it's within 1-2 days, please be patient with us. Occasionally, we experience minor production delays, but you can rest assured that your package will be on its way to you shortly. 

 

if it’s 3 or more days past the estimated shipping window and you haven’t received an email from us about a delay, please contact us at contact@myfrattire.com There may have been an issue with your order. Please provide your order number in the email and we’ll be happy to look it up for you.

  • Definitely! If you don't see a sizing chart on the product page, feel free to shoot us a text through the button right corner and a Brand Rep will help you with sizing & fit.
  • If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not shipped yet within the 2-4 business day window, we will happily change your shipping adress to what you prefer!
  • You'll receive a notification email once your order has been shipped. In the email, you'll receive a tracking number to track your package!
  • We sure do! Frattire offers international shipping across the world!
  • For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 7 days after the estimated delivery date. But no worries! We'll cover the costs of reprinting and shipping a replacement order for you.

We may ask for your help before doing that, like confirming with your shipping address was correct and double checking with your local post office to try locating the lost order.

Keep in mind that if tracking information states an order was delivered but you did not received it, we won't take responsibility and reship that order. In that case, any replacements would have to be at your expense.

  • If your shipping address was wrong, then you are held responsible. Usually, the package is sent back to the return address (Frattire HQ). However, the packages are sometimes not returned to the sender. In this case, you would have to process a new order to replace the original. 
  •  All Greek Shop returns are subject to store credit within 7 days of delivery date. Contact us at contact@myfrattire.com with your order number and reason for return and a Brand Rep will reach out to you to complete the process. Once the product is shipped back to Frattire, we will give you store credit for the full amount of the purchase. You are responsible for the return shipping cost. Please ship the product to the return address below:

  • If a Greek Shop product is defected, we will gladly resend you a new product. Please email us at contact@myfrattire.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and pictures of the defected product. A Brand Rep will help you complete the process and fulfill a new product to you.

 

Custom Apparel // Online Preorders FAQs

  • CLICK HERE. Fill out all the necessary information and a Brand Consultant will contact you within 24 business hours.
  • If you already have a design done, make sure it's in a .AI file (Illustrator) or Vector (.eps) format so your artwork is clear.
  • No worries here. Designs are Free! Just let us know what you're looking to do and our design team can turn your idea into reality.
  • Once you let us know what you're looking to do, we'll shoot over a digital proof within 1-2 business days.
  • We accept all major credit cards and e-checks/bank transfers.
  • Yes! We can open up a online link for everyone to place their order individually.
  • Our standard turnaround time is 7-10 business days plus shipping time. Rush turnaround is available for a fee! Just let your Brand Rep know you need them in a hurry.
  • We can ship in bulk to the address you provide or members of your organization can choose to have his or her product shipped directly to his or her address for a small fee.
  • The cost of a shirt or an order depends primarily on four things: garment type, quantity, # of colors, # of print locations. You will be quoted on your order once those details are provided to your Brand Rep.
